1. Nature of the Service & No Financial Advice

StewardOS is a personal productivity, budgeting, and envelope allocation software tool designed to help individuals organize, track, and steward their personal finances.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account on StewardOS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• Promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use StewardOS only for lawful personal finance management. You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass or probe security controls, authentication mechanisms, or Row-Level Security policies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying codebase or architecture of the platform.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to overwhelm the service or trigger denial-of-service conditions.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads through support tickets or form inputs.

4. Platform Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability, fast performance, and automated daily briefing deliveries. However, StewardOS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, or infrastructural improvements that temporarily interrupt service.

5. Intellectual Property

The StewardOS platform, design language, trademarks, logos, visual layouts, and proprietary code are the exclusive intellectual property of MUJTEK. You retain all ownership rights to the personal financial data and records you input into the system.

6. Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time by utilizing the Delete Account feature in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in malicious or unauthorized system activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StewardOS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any financial decisions made based on application metrics.
